- From your preview, choose one of the following options:
Option 1 - Instant Download Portrait
What You Get
- A high-resolution digital portrait with no watermark, perfect for sharing online or keeping as a cherished memory.
- Instant access to your portrait.
- A secure download link delivered to your email within approximately 5 minutes of purchase.
What to Expect
- Your high-resolution portrait will appear immediately after payment.
- A confirmation email right after placing your order.
- A second email with your download link within 5 minutes.

Option 2 - Polished Portrait (Best for Printing)
What You Get
- An instant high-resolution digital portrait with no watermark.
- A second, professionally refined 4K portrait, customized by our artists and optimized for high-quality printing.
- Instant access to your initial portrait.
- Secure download links sent to your email.
What to Expect
- Your high-resolution instant portrait will appear immediately after payment.
- A confirmation email right after placing your order.
- A second email with your instant portrait (download link) within 5 minutes.
- Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a third email with your refined portrait (download link)

Important: Polished Portrait includes both the instant version and the artist-refined version. You will receive immediate access to the instant version after payment, followed by your refined portrait within 48 hours.
Delivery Issues
If you haven’t received your file within your selected timeframe
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
- Contact us at cs@furkinship.com and we’ll make sure you receive your file promptly.
2. Physical Product Delivery
Digital Preview & Design Confirmation
- You can preview your personalized portrait before purchasing your physical product.
- If you request additional adjustments after placing your order, we will email you an updated digital mockup within 48 hours of your order.
- You will have 48 hours from the time the updated mockup is sent to review the design, request any final adjustments, or confirm your approval.
- If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we will proceed with production using the latest version provided to avoid delays.
Production & Shipping
- Once you approve the design, or the 48-hour review period expires, your order will proceed to production.
- Once production begins, cancellations due to a change of mind are no longer accepted, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7-12 days (include processing and production time)
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. You can use this link to check your shipment's tracking updates and estimated delivery date.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and unforeseen shipping delays. Tracking information will become available once your order has been shipped
