What You Receive
- A 4K high-resolution digital portrait without watermark

- A secure download link delivered directly to your email
Delivery Timeline
After placing your order, you will receive:
- A confirmation email shortly after checkout
- A second email containing your download link within approximately 10 minutes

Option 2: Polished Portrait (Print Ready)
What You Receive
- A 4K high-resolution instant portrait without watermark
- A professionally refined version enhanced by our artists for a more polished and print-ready result
- Secure download links delivered via email
Delivery Timeline
After placing your order, you will receive:
- A confirmation email shortly after checkout
- A second email containing your instant portrait download link within approximately 10 minutes
- A third email containing your refined portrait within 48 hours

2. Physical Product Delivery
Mockup & Approval Process
You will receive your personalized mockup within 2 business days after placing your order.
Once the mockup is sent, you will have 12 hours to review and request any changes or provide approval.
If we do not receive a response within 12 hours, production may proceed automatically to help avoid unnecessary delays.
Production & Shipping
Once approved, or after the 12 hour review window has passed, your order will move into production.
Your item will then be prepared and shipped according to the shipping method selected during checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Economy Shipping
Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
